2 part marine flotation foam. I get it from a local fiberglass supply house. us composites will have it as was mentioned earlier. I like 4lb. it is heavier but its very tough and I think 2 lb foam is just not gonna hold up. plus I have seen where the 2lb has shrunk back considerably.
