those are called japanese bullet connectors or something along those line. They are expensive, you can get a bulk pack of them through hot products. If the bullet connectors are what you are looking for and you only need a couple, send me a pm and I got ya.

so are the mounting points of a 155 pump wider than a 144? how much wider? what about fore/aft direction?...is that the same distance as a 144? what is the limiting factor of putting a 155 in a SJ? ...other than the intake scoop area size being smaller...does the 155 have enough room to sit...

yamaha mechanics have "factory" training...so they know it all. I want to know how many ways they tried to blame the customer for their ill tuned machine off the show room floor and how many times they ran it out of the water to diagnose the problem. I guess the "factory" forgot to explain...

as for the mag pump, i guess it depends on how you ride; its awesome in surf and it throws a more conformed jet (not sure i'd drop the money on it again). I agree that the waterbox doesn't add power, but the grunt is at least 5 horsepower on the beach. I am in the same boat with mine, 771 JM...

that made my day! I had to go back and count them.....8!!!! i always thought the bulldog was when you put your belly on the pole and hit the gas with your feet and give the crowd a #1, if you can do that on a 1200 it shouldth go to the sticky page. I don't have the balls to do it on a JM...

also, you can run a stroker on pump gas.

i would say mag pump, bored nozzle. What is b-pip manifold diameter at? x-metal waterbox. you are pretty much maxed out though it sounds like. Play with tuning, unless its perfect now (which they never are) gains can be had with tinkering with tuning and pipe tuning temperatures.
