I'm keeping track of ALL labor hours on the 750 'all or nothing' build. When it's all done I'll post actual hours involved for a full build. This guy is a good customer of mine and I'm not charging him by the hour.

I didn't find it very difficult. Biggest thing is CLEAN area before welding. You'll see right away why it HAS to be clean. I tried some unprepped aluminum just to see what happens.........DAMN, unweldable!

I fabbed nothing........BUT, I finally set up the tig I bought last year and made a few welds on some aluminum. I have no idea what I'm doing yet but even managed to weld a crack in some cast!

Based on ACTUAL sales.......it seems fair market value on stock pwc right now runs real close to NADA (jd power) value......or a bit more. That would mean 4k-5k range.

Today, after a couple prep-sol wipe downs, I got 2 coats of Pettit epoxy barrier on the bottom and hood. I laid it down with foam rollers. I like this method because there's no waste fogging through the air, and you get a high build with only a couple coats. It sort of looks Rhino lined right...

I got ALL the block sanding done yesterday. Then did a scuff wash.

The bottom side is ready for washing and primer!

I got 4 hours of block sanding in today with 180 grit. I ended up making a curved wooden sanding block to really get down in the rails.
