The plug that is white, how long has it been run?

If you turned the screw out 2 turns and it ran better, you were too lean. Did you look at the piston wash after it ran better?

If you do not have piston wash and the piston is covered with carbon, you are way too lean!!!! It does not matter what type of oil you run.

Okay, I also use amsoil so not the problem. I would check to see if that orange is rust. If it is, you probably have a bad head gasket. Did you look in the spark plug holes right after your ride? Did the boat run right before you put the pipe on? Did you run the water lines correctly?

I honestly don't pay much attention to the plugs, but they should be tan. I read the piston wash.

What does the piston wash look like??

I went with 1/2'' abs pipe. I put the pipe throught the pump area on the left side just above the cooling line that goes to the pump.

If you filled the motor with oil and let it sit for a long time... Would that not be hard on the crank seals??? I personally would fog and forget.

Did you not dig down into the foam to check for water when you put the footholds in?
