I have a ported 61X cyl. with the ADA head and 35cc domes. It runs 170 lbs.

Is your motor stock, not ported? You might want to check the squish. This is always a good idea when changing heads and or domes.

Oh, I would check another ski with that guage, or try someone else's gauge. That way you aren't sorta guessing. If you are at a little under 200 lbs, I would run a little octane booster and 94 octane?

Oh yeah!! It has been 2 months since we had water temps like that. I don't wear any neo in low 70's!:cheer:

What was the compression the last time you checked it?

Yeah, I think this is fuel line hose and I was told it is the best to use. It was on the ski when I got it. I would just keep a eye on whatever you decide to use. Was the water warm out there today?

Sorry to hear about your cooling issues. I don't know if I would trust that hose? I use a clear blue hose, but I can't remenber what it is called. Maybe someone knows what this hose is?

X flywheel and X stator have to go together. OR T flywheel and T stator have to go together. But either setup will fit in the X or the T cases. Doesn't matter what cdi you have.

I used automotive weatherstriping on the hood seal on my superjet. It's been holding up just fine.

Are we talking about 1/4'' padding? I know some guys use that 1'' stuff, but I know my feet wouldn't fit in the footholds if i did!!

Ant How many cu ft of foam did you use? 2,3 or 4lb foam?

I went with 3lb cause it is a little stronger than 2lb and lighter than 4lb. :cheer:
