Not the answer you are looking for, Better off left alone IMO. Asking for trouble cleaning it. I'd put a little oil under the cover to attract any moisture that collects inside, and leave it at that.
Psi had a few difference cyl spacings from what I've seen with the Polaris based twins. Did they have a poo based spread bore triple as well? I can only image they would to use their big boy cylinders on. But then again I did sell a spread bore twin case to a guy who wanted it for a triple...
Updated with better pictures of the 62T cases. These would be great for trenching or repairing if you can do it cheap enough. They had piston skirt failure, not crank failures, so bearing surfaces still nice.
Grab your spark plug and overlap the threads on the plug with the tool, see if threads fit together or if thread pitch/count is wrong
It's possible that just the first thread got a little banged, if you don't have a die you can use a tiny file and try to clean it up.
Work with it, the Rok isn't that short of a hull. IMO it's pretty long still for a freestyle ski.
its hard to tell for sure, but that does look like a 65v 5 degree reduction nozzle. Try looking for a 62T nozzle setup if you can't get comfortable with it after some decent tray time.
That does not mean it will mount on a Yamaha pump. Just trying to help you out. I would suggest you Check physical fitment before selling it to someone planning to mount it to a Yamaha oem pump.
