I want it done right so I will probably just hone and new rings. Anyone have a link to ddirections on ring install? Just lube up the rings and taper down on top and taper up on bottom and set on pins? Easy as that? You guys use any glue on the base gasket or head gasket?

Ethanol is corrosive. I'm in Michigan and store mine in a cold garage too. Not necessary to run AF. Meijer has PG AF for 3 bucks a gallon

Most people don't run AF but if you do get propylene glycol. Not ethylene or any ethanol additives

Update: My welder buddy ended up coming over and doing it for free. Looks great and thanks for the advice. FWIW, you can buy the brackets online and U bolt them on. About 50 bucks.
