Winterization

Sadly I’m gonna have to winterize my Superjet soon here. This is a bit of a newb question but what kind of antifreeze do I use? I’ve heard of some antifreeze causing potential corosion to aluminum? Does this apply to all jet skis?
Any help would be appreciated.

Most people don't run AF but if you do get propylene glycol. Not ethylene or any ethanol additives
Thanks. I’ve read of people starting it up several times and blipping the throttle to blow any water out. I live in Michigan and I keep it in a garage where it will get below freezing. Any reasoning for why you are supposed to use the propylene glycol stuff over the others?

Ethanol is corrosive. I'm in Michigan and store mine in a cold garage too. Not necessary to run AF. Meijer has PG AF for 3 bucks a gallon

Get some marine sta-bil and measure appropriately for your gas levels and use a fogging spray like yamalube fogging spray in the carbs at a medium idle. Doing this on a trailer backed into the water works great so you can run it the full recommended time and keep your power plant from overheating. if not you'll have to do it a few times on the trailer. Make sure you don't go too long and then give time for the motor to cool then repeat one to two more times. Once your exhaust is thick smoke and you are spraying it and it chokes out your good. I've done both and I'm in Michigan and every year my motors are great to go.
