the chicken is my kawasaki SC that i took in the surf last weekend and put a big crack in the hull. the jimmyjamz is steves shuttlecraft. it said, in big purple letters, "Jimmy Jamz" on it when he bought it, so thats its name.

My motor is done, I have all the fittings, lines ect and should be able to install it in less than a hour. Still need to get the hull back from paint, install footwells, refoam and turf. Then the entire ski will be dipped in bronze and hung up on the mantle

I take it things are going well :wink: I hear you man. Thing are so tight right now I am just shooting to get mine running to ride down there. I see this thing being broken in at Lanier and my ass has not been on a ski since October...........and that was the old 650 motor not this 701, plus the hull will be configured differently so.......I will not be the most graceful guy out there.......disgraceful maybe

My attendance is looking shakey.........I may not have my pole and other things from XFT until the week after the ride :frown: Thats sucks I ordered the stuff in Feb. but what can ya do.
