Internal fuel fill mod?

Yes. With a nice fresh rubber OEM gasket.

Their should be some pics in here about where to put it so that you can still use both gas tank straps.

I'm not seeing the pics of the way to do it using the stock fuel pick up assembly (in its stock location). I like this way best because not only do you get to use both tank straps but when you pull the tank the front is capped and nothing spills.

Thats the one.

I love this set up because when I pull my tank all I have to do is pull it out and nothing spills.

I had to pull my tank when it was full a couple if times and I didn't spill a drop.:woot:

My way isn't quite like that but it uses all stock parts and 1 extra hose clamp...

When I pull the tank to front is capped as well as the top.... I used only a used gasket and no sealant... no spills yet... guess im just lucky....

Me too. Just a nice new OEM gasket and no goop cuz I was afraid it might get in to the tank/carbs.

I beat the crap out of my ski and not one drop has spilled yet.

It only took me one time to have to siphon gas out of a tank to decide to go this route.
