Dakine Footstrap install in one night?

I am trying to install my Dakine footstrap. I only have one night and I don't have welder. I also don't want to drill through my Trinity hull. (It doesn't leak at all!)

Any tips or tricks??? I would love to do it tomorrow night.

I read some threads on here, but didn't see what I'm looking for , did I miss it?

if you do drill the tray those barbed 1/4" furniture inserts work great!

Do you have any West Systems? Or any two part epoxy? The sooner you glue the inserts down the stronger the bond will be. What inserts are you using?

Not sure what to use??? There are like 100 threads on this...I just want to make sure my hull doesn't leak. I'll pick up some 2 part epoxy today.

I used M8 brass inserts from Grainger, they are large and use a 1/2 inch hole for bite, also epoxy'd them in for grip.

korn use acorn nut inserts..

mix up some 2 part epoxy with some chjopped up glass.......pot the inserts and let dry...can be done in about 2 hours!
