I have been running Amsoil for years and never had a problem. I used Interceptor in my power valve motor (GPR), never had any gunk build up or a valve drop. I recently changed to Dominator in my square and it made a nice difference. No more black sludge on the hull under the exhaust outlet...

So just to clear up some confusion on my part. The White wire with the female end from the enhancer doesn't get hooked up. The White/Red wire from stator doesn't get hooked up. The Pink wire from enhancer doesn't get hooked up. The overheat sensor gets thrown out. Right ?

a metric socket set, a good torque wrench, strap wrench, a nice pry bar for those stubborn props, 3M 5200 Fast Cure (the duct tape of PWC's), Duct tape (need I say more), Blue and red Loctite, Grease, Anti-seize compound, Beer, a friend, Beer, and Beer. That should get you through.

First time I ever played with fiber glass was when I installed my REVs. I'm not saying it was easy but for a first time it wasn't bad at all. I think it was well worth it.:biggthumpup:

I'm just about done with bilge pumps. Installed a fancy bar mounted switch only to have it give up in a two months of use. Rewired the whole setup with a switch I just found at a boat store (said "waterproof" on the box), one month later the pumps aren't working right. All connections...

Matt E, why don't you port one jug at a time and post pictures of the ported/unported cylinder and cases. That way people like me (the unporting kind) can get a good look at what's being attempted. I have been reading as much as I can on porting but looking at just the "after" pictures...

I love this build and have gone through it several times since it was first posted. What a way to utilise the square which are plentiful and cheap. I'm sure that buying a conversion top deck would have been easier but I just don't get those, all you gain is looks and a herniated wallet...
