Long story short. Too much fuel collected in my square noses exhaust and the waterbox done blowed up.:skull2: So what are my options ? Will a round nose waterbox fit right in ? What's the going rate for stock waterboxes ? Now my day is complete.:banghead: :banghead:

It shouldn't be a problem as long as you make some bunks that will raise the skis up above the wheel arches. You could store crap underneath the skis. For the price of a rental you could get your trailer to look spiffy. :biggthumpup:

Waterfreak, please don't take me the wrong way. I think your hood is one of the best looking ones out there and when I will finally get a round nose it will be on top of my shopping list. This whole discussion started with tubbies which I think are some what overpriced, that's all.

In certain cases I would take a pay cut. However your example doesn't quite show what we are dealing with here. If for instance my boss came to me and said that we won a bid on a certain job for 50% of the normal cost but have a guarantee that we get 10 of those jobs in a row. By slim-lining...
