i always notice a huge difference with them. i cant see a downside as long as it isnt overheating now.

i didnt have to grind far enough into the pole to cause the little open squares at the bottom, because i ground a lot off the bracket to compensate. im happy with the travel height of the pole. :biggthumpup:

6 washers per side. ill fabricate 2 spacers later if these become a problem... which i dont see how they would be. theres no play at all... i had to push the last washer in firmly with a screwdriver, but didnt have to bang it in (to give an idea of how snug it is). the spring is an old 550...

yeah, take a look at some engine couplers.... some are narrow where the threads are and others are thicker with a groove for the oring that butts up against the crank seal surface end.

i have an engine assembled that needs a coupler. it has the crank that has the thin sleeve on the pto. i know that this requires the coupler that has the o-ring in the groove, but i dont have one. i only have the kind w/o the groove/oring that are for the cranks w/ the thick sleeve on the pto...

i heard they sold all their molds and jetski related tooling to tnt performance. if thats the case, it still wouldnt be surprising if 24/7 still had some inventory to sell.
