nice hood, scott!
nick.... just drill at the only angle you can (which would be at about 25* above horizontal)
with the pole up, look in front of the pole from either side of the ski and youll see where you can access it.
my way isnt time consuming nor tedious. its stupid simple.
i put the 2 rear ones where they normally go. then with a long drill bit and a long phillps screwdriver (and with the pole up) i predrilled and screwed in 2 more screws further forward from the first 2.
starter, intake grate, engine couplers and the elusive RN steering cable clip, as well as the RN pole and pad that he hooked me up w/ a couple weeks ago.
tits lookin SN!!!
whats going on w/ that trailer?
woah, look at the ghastly xh2o graphic in the background of this quick reply box...... must be one of darins bday presents.
i made this one for a square. bringing the bars to the pivot wouldve made for a LOT more chinpad modification.
i also modded a UMI plate on my wife's square and brought the straight bars about 3/8" (i think) from the bearing cup.
i believe youre supposed to thread a bolt into those thread and it pulls the fw off. ive never pulled a 750 fw, so im assuming.... id think your want a washer between the bolt and crank to not mess up the front of the crank. im sure theres a specific tool for it though.
