You can adjust your turn ratio by using a turnplate with different pivot points where the steering cable attatches to the steering plate.

I use surfline before ever time I go out to ride. I also use wavewatch.com and if you go to google, and type in "cdip" it will take you to another page.

Or if you are not using the stock leather looking handle bar cover, you can just drill a hole through the turnplate itself. That is the way mine is set up on my SXR. For the bungie end, you can just clip it to the handle bar spring.

Make sure the pitch of your impeller is appropriate for your boat. It could be way off and you may be lossing speed
