We use PVC stands on the rocks to hold the skis. If you don't have a stand you can always anchor the ski out in the water and let it float. We have even just left the trailer backed in the water and used it as a stand. Remember the stand needs turf on it to keep the ski in place. Looks like...

I use Boysen glass reeds. I do not have time to sit around and do porting so I have it done. No idea on the manifold I use proX pistons that’s what the builder recommended.
