I did the same. Left the lip and laid padding down first and blended the padding to the lip, then I layed turf on top.

yup true that... i'd do 53 for good measure. i just used some marine grade grease.

Also, I keep mine in the little pouch coming off the center ratchet strap. It is just a sunglasses case with the little draw string. Works great.

check your grounds first... clean the ground on the battery terminal. Then check the ground on the starter... it is hard to get to though. A quick check if you have another battery cable is to hook a temporary ground from say the exhaust manifold to the battery and see if it keeps doing the...
