I went from a 13/16 concord 3mm cut back to the 9/15 hooker 7mm cutback. Stock engine with normal mods. I could feel better hookup in the whitewater, but not much more bottom or overall power delivery. Didn't feel much, if any, loss on the top end either.
Between my re-enforcment and footholds, I have used no where near 1 gallon of epoxy, though I didn't do the bottom inside. And am planning on doing the tray when I get back from my honeymoon before I re turf with 25mm underpad. Too much extra epoxy = brittle???? :dunno: or so I have heard.
