I stripped my intake grate bolts. I wont have time to get new ones before the weekend. Other then safety reasons will i have any problems? Performace wise etc? Is it possible my pump shoe will try and tear out from the water pressure?

no distortion on the tank needed. It actually wobbles aroudna little bit under there without the oil tank. but i did weld a 1.5" extention on the back of the chamber to move it up and clear the exhaust manifold properly. This is where the chamber meets the headpipe.

i have one of those that i cut and shortened to try and fit my X2. I screwed it up and its laying in my garage right now. Ill have to see if i can fix it up.

mine doesnt have a spring either. Pete, not sure on teh angle. Its not far from what you get by the looks of it. Ill take pics and see if i can measure the angle some how.

My prop seems to be hitting my pump, im getting a clanging when the ski is running. Does anyone think an 11/16 concord will just be way too low? Putting the concord next to the 14/18 swirl makes the concorde look like a toy.

got to ride it for about an hour or so before the MSD wuit on me. Sent it in to them and they confirmed its a bad unit and are sending me a new one. Power is real good, but need to get it dialed in. The handling mods are definitely worth it.

this is on a Kawi X2 so it doesnt have the short shaft assembly like the SJ. Thanks for teh advice though, some good things to check.
