    Broken fuel tank spigot

DBR, It's amazing at how thick those tanks are at the top. The brass nipple has plenty of plastic to take hold in. that fix will be just as good as factory, actually better IMO... Great job aquaholic!:woot:

    Broken fuel tank spigot

Go to your local auto parts store, and get a brass nipple. Drill the hole out, a little smaller than the threaded part of the nipple, and screw the nipple in. I did this on my ski, and it has taken all kinds of abuse for the last 9 months.

Will I die if I try a backflip?

    Waterbox exploded

Seconds... there is a plate with two 10mm bolts that holds the waterbox in place, unbolt those and the waterbox fall right out. If it's a metal WB, then just get it welded.

    Waterbox exploded

Because you won't have to buy an exhaust gasket kit this way, and I'm anal about keeping my hull clean inside the bilge, so it's a great time to clean everything up.:Banane01:

    Waterbox exploded

Jet, two people can lift the engine and exhaust in one piece out of the sxi without any problem. I just did it last week on mine. Takes about 20 mins to remove the engine with electrical.
