squeky Ac pole bolt driving me crazy?

Why don't you measure your holes yourself? Measure the diameter and pass-through length and then long enough to fit two nuts. xmw bolts might even be too short for that bracket anyway. Good luck.

to scupper or not to scupper

Bail? You call that riding? :firedevil: Actually I've come up a couple times to find my ski upside down. If it's running upside down for more than a couple seconds I'm usually getting towed in. I'm not sure if that's due to my one-way releasing the air, my carbs pulling water through my hood...

    Scupper install

If you're in the surf, why is your boat sitting? :dunno: This install is going on a boat that's been dripping water through an 1/8" hole for the past three days. The hull is cracked in the bottom left of the transom. The foam was dry two months ago when footwells were installed. I'm hoping...

    How I do a scupper

Great idea! Sorry for the repitition, but just to be clear... you sealed the pvc in place, cut the excess, then sanded (How did you grind it?) down around the rim (1/8"?), applied 3m, screwed on the cd, let it cure, removed the cd (3m doesn't stick?), and trimmed excess glue?

    Scupper install

Is the xmw scupper like the 247 or the wammer? I don't expect to have one in until next week but want to go ahead and do the prep work. In a nutshell, I'm thinking seal a piece of 2" pvc through the hull, trim excess on both ends , then seal the scupper in place? A couple questions: I'm...

squeky Ac pole bolt driving me crazy?

Looks like a reinforced replica of a stock bracket. UMI? http://blowsion.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=UYA09000 And now that I think of it, are the xmw bolts long enough to fit through that thickass bracket? That clip on the right is just for looks if you are running a stiff pole. Actually it's...

squeky Ac pole bolt driving me crazy?

Torr, I might try and see about getting some of those xmw bolts for Jena's ski. We can try them first on yours if I do. Your pole scares the poop outta me anytime you move it within 50ft of me

    96+ handle pole recomendation

XMW or else reinforce a stocker. There's no in between unless you get a killer deal on some other kind of used metal pole.

    Holy Friggin Backfire!

Well, I had a hole in a carb diaphram, a worn out brand new spigot mount... oh, and I was only getting spark as I let off the start button. Replaced MSD with stock CDI and she fires right up :Banane01:
