    Dual cooling

you sure it was 1/4 NPT??? I believe its 1/8. I just bought 90° fittings with 1/8NPT thread from McMaster last week. Fits perfectly in my head. Drill for the 1/8" NPT is "Q" or 0.332". Eric, I bought a pack of 5, I need 3 so I have 2 extras. How many do you need?

pics are probably too big, they must be under 200K now that we are having massive amounts of pics attached. you can use XP powertools image resize to resize and reduce file size very quickly, or you can upload to the gallery and hotlink the pics.

i saw one back on pwc2day. they said it was a worx hood. had the lines that are 2/3rds of the way up shaved off it. dont remember anymore than that. blowsion has an aftermarket hoodliner that Sub used I think, not entire hood. Not positive though.

xp powertoy's image resizer is great! very nice and easy resizer that compresses the pic quite nicely. for example, i just converted a pic off my camera, 2304x1728 pic, 1.72MB goes to 1024x768 pic, 116KB in seconds and still looks great for use in a forum in my opinion

    i got motivated today

steve just posted to tape your seams before you cut it, i just used duct tape, then pealed off when cured. waste, that is just a stock pad (quite beat to hell thanks to rmbc freeride i might add...), i shaved the edges quite a bit to give the low profile look. then just turfed it.
