The I- monuts with bolts that go down the sides of the carbs rather than the stud- flange mount on the regular sbn. The bolts should make them easier to get on/off in theory, except in practice they like to sieze. The bolt holes are at a different angle as well so i dont think they are...

Hmm, come to think the FX1 was the very first vehicle I ever personally purchased.. (At about 34, how sad is that..)

use lamps to warm it if you are forced to work in the cold, but I think not to speed it up if you are working at a good temp to begin with. Personally, since I don't have a heated garage I just dont work with epoxy untill the weather is warm enough.

I never thought the FX1 was unstable. I guess it has to do with what you learned on.

Thanks, I won't bother with the bushing. The way they worded the ad just makes it sound like you might need somethien else (aftermarket breather system..) Another thing do you all recomend a stiffer spring? I never felt the need for one but now having to do without a pole prop latch thing maybe...
