Advance and/or Autozone have tool loaner programs or Harbor Freight has a pretty cheap kit. Be careful and don't screw the bolts in too far or you'll be buying new stator coils.

I don't think I'd spend much over a grand for a 650 squarenose, no matter how many goodies it has, but that's just me. The mods done to a 1991 ski are almost certain to be old and not really worth much. For instance, you probably couldn't give away that flame arrestor.
I think he said that the exchange rate on getting the engine from Europe makes the ski cost prohibitive right now. Maybe things will turn around and he'll be able to sell it competitively. Virgin is right......4 stroke is no good for freestyle.

I think the problem is that there are very few people that ride 650's much and very very few people that mod them to the level that you have already and plan to. Most 650 mods were done years ago by people that aren't on this site. I don't think you're being ignored, I think you're asking...
