For pinholes just use a body filler like evercoat. Spread it on thin and sand it smooth. If you spread it on thin you can usually sand it with 120 or higher and then get more fine with your grit, leaving it ready for paint.

Better than loose...it'll work itself in nicely. You can also remove the catch on your hood, and file the holes down a bit if you think it is too tight. This will make it looser.

You dont need to put the battery in the ski to turn it over. Thats a sweet deal no matter what.

Depends on how much you want to spend I guess...you can find some cheap sxr's too, they pop up now and then. You really dont see any sxi pros for sale at all.

An SXi Pro is just as fast as an sxr, both in stock form. I had 2 sxi pros and an sxr at one point in my family and my sxi pro was actually a bit faster than the sxr in chop. They get a bit better fuel economy but not that much better, they do ride less on the nose and feel lighter and more...

Use the msd style weather packs, you can find them at local electrical stores, I have at least. Do not use a trailer plug, that is hillbilly as hell. SXR's are also detachable inside the Electrical box, but you only have to remove a small "cap" with two 10mm bolts to reveal them and unplug...

True. On my limited I have it setup with three actual water circuits. 1 for the head itself, with 2 ins to the head and 2 out, two into the cylinder and out, one into my dry pipe. Chances of me plugging both lines feeding my head or cylinder are slim to none. My head is completely closed off...

Its pretty easy to do, I recommend running your new cooling line to cool your pipe, so the motor feeds off of one line and the pipe off of another. Two individual circuits, both have fresh cold water coming in, if one circuit happens to get restricted or plugged, the other will not be affected.

Yamaha has had a 4 stroke Superjet since about 1998. They just do not want to produce it because they see no point in selling a heavy stand up-dog. Kawasaki also has one with a 12f based motor in it, not sold for the same reasons

Art knows best for his engines, but personally I do not see a problem with that. I run 1/2" cooling on my full limited sxr to my motor, and 3/8 for my dry pipe. Is your thru hull fitting a 1/2" tube? If not, I wouldnt worry about it, because reducing to the 3/8" tube will more than likely...

I run 3m automotive trim on my skis, I think it looks much better than stock and turf, and is more durable than turf. I would recommend it for sure. The Gerber is a vinyl cutter, which model do you have? How much have you payed for it? I have been thinking of getting a vinyl cutter myself...
