You could put the stock head on for safety until you get to try another head (or domes). It's possible someone changed the inserts on the CNC lathe & entered the wrong cutter compensation value, leading to undersized chambers....
If it really rips off the bottomit could be from the high...
Maybe a couple of dedicated rescue couches to tow peeps in, & a spotter/coordinator on the 4th floor to direct them? They could wait way offshore with ropes attached & ready until needed, then return way offshore once done.

How is the Karavan holding up in the salt water? My MagicTilt is rusting way too much after only 4 years. Axles are so rusty bearing seals only last 4-5 weekends (after sanding down even!).

I just spent an hour & a half trying to see why my ski wouldn't start (did get 6 sessions in today before it acted up :arms: ). Turns out it was the starter. What a royal pain to replace! Ready for tommorrow!
Paul told me that mounting them backwards isn't the way to go, as the path air has to take is more turbulent at partial throttle, due to the direction the butterflies are if the carbs are mounted backwards.
