I've seen this answered somewhere on here before but I can't remember where.
It was in relation to the superjet's stop switch. It caught my attention in that it was the opposite of the SJ. Is the SJ switch normally open or closed?
Is there a way to bypass the switch solely for testing...
PP engine.
Would a funky stop switch keep the ski from firing?
I can't get a spark. No continuity across the switch pressed in or not.
Is the switch normally open or close on these things?
Thanx!!

Or good at BSing.
My mechanic does the same thing. He tells the CG he works for a shop and is testing the skis. Somehow he always gets out of a ticket.
Our XP with a 587cc tops out at 38mph, checked with a GPS. Our 550 will keep up with it.
Throw a 650 or a 750 in there with matching pump and I bet she'll do atleast 45mph.

I've done the string method with great results. Make sure the top of the piston is in the chamber before putting the string in the chamber. Use fat string.
