It's a Mikuni. My guess is BN44. I think the Supers have a third adjustment needle for the mid-range. Measure the intake in mm to get the exact model. Either a 38 or a 44 I think.

I dunno WB starters. I do know old Kawasaki and Seadoo starters. If it's anything like a Seadoo or old Kawi starter, just get a new starter. It comes with the bendix.
