think pardaddy... maybe parrdaddy...(look up name on the site here) sells 3 nice stainless socket cap screws that you can use in there... better than factory pipes bolts...
I see yours was for a 650... whats the difference? I guess I just measure the dome size with some calipers? Dont want to sell someone a 650 head and claim its for a 701! I was given this head in a large box of parts with a larger purchase so I dont know much about it...
Selling this head... its the one right below the cylinder... just had to guess thats its greater yamaha... but maybe west coast? or what?
Want to tell people the right thing...
yeah... never really thought of the strain it might put on stuff... billet couplers and new doughnut =cheap and easy... are the stoker cranks from crankworks welded?
I figured a 30 shot of nitrous wont equal 30hp on a jetski... are you saying a 30 shot would feel like a 200 shot on a car?
I added about 25 -30 hp with my motor this year and the 13/16 I used to run didnt spin that bad.... 14/19 c75 definately hooks up better and has a little better performance all over... but the 13/16 solas still was half way decent...
no... glue drys itself... and it should not be very tacky when you apply it... almost completely dry to the touch... put 2 applications on hull and 2 on turf and let them dry in between too... then put on where you want it... it will stick and be permanent though so be careful... you can pull it...
I messaged him back to ask how much he would think roughly it would cost for a waterproof system and what he thought about safety and such... waiting for response...
I messaged a company called Boss Noss... seems like they have a really cool nitrous system that would be more reliable than others... they said they could make a fully waterproof system that would work very well in our application (showed them a lenzi video).... their system looks easy as hell...
just do 1 and 1/2 on the top screw... and then take it out and run it... then bring it back and turn it in 1/4 then run it... then turn it in another 1/4 and run it... then take it in another 1/4 and run it.... when you find the best feel then stay there... or then try opening the bottom 1 and...
I heard kawi's rattle a lot... I'd get a superjet motor in that thing... :-P
good luck man... hope you figure it out with the pump removed.... gremlins suck
I also have to agree... dry as possible without melting... that seems to work best in my opinion...
be real careful of temp though... dont melt your stuff...
I've tried to get people to come out for the ride for the past 2 years... last year we had a couple people come out which was fun... about 8 skis I'd say... this year it will prob be about the same... I've tried talking it up in the thread but it seems nobody is interested in going... its a...
