Yamaha head - what brand is it?

Selling this head... its the one right below the cylinder... just had to guess thats its greater yamaha... but maybe west coast? or what?

Want to tell people the right thing...

I recently sold one and was told it was made by West Coast and sold through Yamaha dealers.

I see yours was for a 650... whats the difference? I guess I just measure the dome size with some calipers? Dont want to sell someone a 650 head and claim its for a 701! I was given this head in a large box of parts with a larger purchase so I dont know much about it...

look at the dome around the plug hole
mine says 650 28 and is a 28 cc 650 head
all the other ones I have seen are like mine
but that is not to say that there are not heads like this
with 701 domes in them

I think mine was 29cc. But ya, just measure the domes. The domes on mine were replaceable. They were o-ringed like most A/M heads. Don't know if the domes are still available or if any other manufacture's domes might fit? Or, maybe these could be opened up some to fit a 701 if they are for a 650?
