Dasa make zero hp on stock stroke. That engine should last longer then 50 hours, they are not that high hp. The ET makes good power for a SS but wont make the power of that 8mil, I've rode both.
SN and RN have the same bottom best, but pole bracket position and a few other things make the SN ride a little different then a RN. You can do all the same tricks. SN hull isn't quite as strong a RN. Best if you have find one with a few good mods already, and SN handlepoles are junk, will want...
Seems like it is a lot cheaper from jet connections.
Idk I googled it and it came right up, same number I have in my phone for them.

That's where I ordered mine from a couple years ago, fast shipping, good pricing.
Stock bushing has to be greased and tightened over time. Overall uses a big single bearing that's behind a oil seal. No slop, no adjustment, no greasing required. Most robust ovp I've seen.
Good eye, those are tiny fuel filters, I'd change over to the bigger round paper style most people run $6. Also never seen a/m carbs mounted in that orientation, idk if that would matter. It be cleaner mounted the other way, so you could mount the hoses to side wall. Also I wouldn't run that...
You want to do both curves around the seal and the whole sealing edge of bottom case half. OEM service book has all this info, torque specs etc, everything you need to know to rebuild the motor.
That's how all those come, someone just bolted it straight on. Your losing some power, but doubt that fixes the issue(s).
I'd probably let PHP tune it too.
Pressure test with both manifolds installed, I dont care how "new" anything is, my xs was new with new manifold and it leaked.
That engine will never make very good power without a TL. If done right, they are more reliable then the MSD enhancer, I've seen tons of enhancer go bad. Depending on...
3d printed wouldn't be strong enough, and would cost a fortune to have a printer that big.
Some big names have built plastic boats and jetski, non of then really worth a dang for extreme use application like ours.
Anything possible, but I doubt the OP has a few hundred thousand laying around...
Depends who you are I guess. We have a newby and he has only been riding for a couple months till he landed his first backflip on a 701 V2. No easy task. But prolly better to get a sj if you've never rode, you may or may not like it, before you dump 10k+ into a user a/m ski
