You want to do both curves around the seal and the whole sealing edge of bottom case half. OEM service book has all this info, torque specs etc, everything you need to know to rebuild the motor.

3d printed wouldn't be strong enough, and would cost a fortune to have a printer that big. Some big names have built plastic boats and jetski, non of then really worth a dang for extreme use application like ours. Anything possible, but I doubt the OP has a few hundred thousand laying around...
