All the TPEs run the standard M8x1.25 exhaust bolts. Not sure how many guys are using a PFP on stick cylinders.........I'd much rather use inserts than drill than nice manifold.

They really aren't designed for charging systems, regardless of what they say. Lithium chargers charge in a very different way ( with respect to Applied voltage and current ) than other chargers, charging systems included.

You must use lithium chargers....... NOT trickle chargers. That's half the reason the other brands are failing!

You can apply battery power from a good battery or jump box directly to the starter to test it. If it won't spin with 12v from a jump box, it's toast. Be sure it's grounded properly to test.

Likely starter. Bad cables wouldn't cause a spark at relay.......that indicates load. Your load comes from your starter.

If it will come out I'd remove it, scuff all sides with 24 grit, scuff hole, clean with alcohol or brake clean, and use thickened epoxy. You could grind a small recess in the hull with a roloc disc and glass over, then block it level with hull. That's a bit extreme and a bit if a pita. If you...

This guy (Js/Sj) has done the same to other reputable builders as well. It's a pattern, not an exception. Not a good way to make friends or build a customer base.
