My superjet sunk when I let a 10yr old ride it with no electric bilge. The common theme here is ski's sink, and electric bilges are mandatory.

I recently put a set of oem 44's with oem manifold on my 84mm 61x. I used reverse getting that was the most common in the carb jetting thread, and filled the crossover. I haven't even had to turn a screw on the carbs since install at the beginning of the summer. I doubt it makes much difference...

A good pipe is always worth it.

You can run up to an 83mm bore on an oem 81mm cylinder head, so the domes on your setup should not be a problem.

If its oem sleeve then no, you cannot do 86mm bore

Check superjet jetting and match it. If it already matches, then no idea.

3yrs of use on a 4yr old ski that comes with zero warranty of any kind. If you use it constantly, it happens sooner. If you leave it in the water, it happens sooner. Every ski is different and so is every rider.

Yes it was a large difference and droned on the freeway. I'm sure a generic muffler added would quiet everything back down and still give a good boost

I like the simple remove, replace with loose foam, and add drain line method myself.
