You mean the bar that connects from the trailer to the hitch that mounts on the ski?
I don't know where to get one no, but fabbing one might not be too hard.
62t ignition, advanced a couple degrees.
61x cylinder bored to 84mm.
Oem dual 44's from a 760.
vforce reeds
210 compression
limited b pipe
Porting template port job, so no raised ports.
In my sig. I asked about jetting last year with all my specs and your suggested reverse jetting was also the most used setup according to the carb tuning FAQ where everyone posts their setup.
The only difference between my setup now and before is the b pipe now vs protec pipe before, and dual...
Just for reference, my power delivery issues currently are using waxheads suggested reverse jetting. I'm actually about to try normal jetting just to see what happens.
My ski is also light switch, its adjsutable up to about 1/2 throttle then its all or nothing, which makes cruising at 3/4 throttle impossible. Very annoying. I'm hoping some jetting adjustments get the power linear for me.
No, cap that and ignore. On most stock heads you have to drill and tap a new hole on the side for the second outlet. I like to do it right below that fitting in the pic.
760 heads run this dual outlet setup from the factory. The 62t 701 in my raider has a head that has the second port drilled...
No need for dual cooling. I'd run a second water outlet for the head that just dumps overboard to increase flow if you live somewhere warmer like I do, but I run a single input cooling system in 120* heat and 85* water and 210psi compression without issue.
Doing that would mean the return for the carbs would have to force the gas back into the large tank basically under pressure from the weight of fuel pushing down?
