    I loved my 650sx for jumping waves, I hated it for anything else. My riding style is all superjet even though I started on and rode the 650sx for years.

    For a modded engine dual cooling isn't needed. Engine in my sig runs a single line in system. In 115* heat and 80* water temps. With only 93-94 octane.

    Remote mount fuel pump on a kawi 650 means the small 28mm carb right? I'd just upgrade the carb now instead of rebuilding it. A single SBN38 would do fine. 44's work too.

    Do I need to re tune my superjet after switching back to oem waterbox??

    He's worried it was jetted for a waterbox that is no longer going to be in the ski and that it might require re-jetting. Seems pretty obvious.... OP- You likely won't need to rejet, waterboxes don't do much exhaust flow wise.
