Im having HPE build me a 5mil with the nylon inserts 85mm pistons ,I love trying new stuff out. Matt is going to make it a pump gas motor for my proforce should run good hope the allen screws stay put.

I would just send that stator out to be refurbished then you know its good, and pick up a flywheel from speedy make sure your bendix is ok and ride with no worries . You probably wont feel much difference with a lightened oem flywheel anyway and they rarely break .

I am struggling to make a ET 967 run in a race boat without 50/50 race fuel and have it reliable. In reality it's probably not gonna work,a lot of poeple that know what there doing (cuz I don't)have told me this but I will keep trying. Your gonna have to spend the money on every gallon you burn...

8ft. It does handle amazing very stable, turns on rail wont slide. Weighs approx 300lbs with a Yamaha twin . I have heard the new Kawi will be even longer , heavy and fast and handle very very well.

Is the motor rusted up , does it turn over ? Open up the Ebox it comes out fairly easy

nn Yes . More water exiting means more water entering = more flow open it up, if its running hot add more water

Its a handy little gadget if you ask me . Has kept me from sinking and or dragging my ski up on the beach to pump water out of the engine after getting tossed off the ski in large waves . For surf its very useful worth every penny

Me too. My epic Flame TS2 is set at 8K . I will lower that down to 7500 probably and taper the timing down to 10 degrees advance as I am running 50/50 race gas at the moment, I have not had any flat water to hold it wide open yet hopefully this weekend give it a try .
