My XFT has an inline resonator built in with a water injection point, I've heard they work well but have yet to try it.

I was running 120p/110m, B pipe, dual 46s with 81mm ProTec cylinder (very similar to a 62t cylinder with heavy porting).

New gaskets, seals and a hone for this old wet jet motor and a fresh coat of paint. I'll be putting stock exhaust on this one since the intent is to sell this ski complete, and move on to my XFT build, I'll save the B pipe for that if I can.

I think it is a combination of hub size, vane number/orientation and thickness that make it better than an OEM stator.

I just read through the whole build, I feel like it jumped right from "my first flatwater ski" to 5 backflips in a row. Nice work.

Fell off as in broke off, not involving a wrench....or a cat. Also odd that it fractured one thread up from the bottom of the nut.

All freshwater, just fell off the owner said, he found it rolling around in the hull. I went through and re-torqued the rest and put a stock cylinder screw in its place temporarily. The broken stud was finger tight in the cases.

Awesome ski, I love these hulls!

I installed an ADA girdled head on a ski about 13 months ago. He put a ton of fuel through it last season and just texted me today with these pics. Studs where torqued to 30 ft/lbs. Does ADA have any sort of warranty, does anybody sell just one stud assembly?

This went from a BOB flame fest to a WDK circle jerk real quick.

I feel like the angle that kawasaki heapipe is at versus the Yamaha might give you some trouble (or at least the chamber angle after the coupler).

Imagine what these boats would do if somebody sent them over a snowmobile engine.
