Update: Removed the pump/driveshaft/impeller. Later today I am going to head down to the local pottery and get some clay and shape my footholds...when Jake gets back I can make molds of the footholds with fiberglass...

Unfortunately I have stumbled across a little problem. I cannot find a used stainless steel impeller for 140 pump anywhere, if anyone can find one or has one for sell, I will buy it... (I thought they would be easy to find but apparently not...)
