So I called this guy on craigslist about his SN. He said he was looking for a FX1 hull. The deal is, is that we would keep our engines but trade everything else (hull, steering, pump, pole, everything except engine.) I looked at his SN last night and its really clean, (piloted by Ted Moore)...

NO PIPE AND NO HEAD! dont touch the engine....not worth it. anyone that has a kawasaki or has owned one will tell you the same thing. play around with fiberglass though...and painting is cool if you are into that. As far as engine goes, leave it alone. good luck man and keep rippin!

Yeah someone explain about exchanging for a bigger pump...I dont know much about swapping, I hear people use kawi pumps and 144s. How much is this and how easy is the process? I really want to know about this because I dont plan on selling my fx1 anytime soon. any estimates or feedback would be...

Yeah I am going to cut my gunwales and make some home made footwells this week on my FX1. Anything that I should be aware of? I just plan on cutting a little more then my foot length (12) and I'm just gonna glass over what I cut.
