and for the 2008 I got some turfed rails. I ripped the plastic side pieces off the last year at the end of the season so it needed something. I also painted the hood since the old paint was ripping off and I took most of the factory graphics off and put on some numbers that actually belonged to me.

Just found a leaky crank seal. Its its dumping about a tsp of nasty nasty oil gunk into the fly wheel cover. I am going to try to limp it a long for the rest of the season but I will have a total tear down to do next season. Now I just need to decide what all I want to do to this motor. The xscream 827 sounds very tempting... or I might just do a home port job.

sounds like a good way to go from a simple bore job to a complete case, cyl, front cover, stator bendix and flywheel replacement
