glad to hear you're still pursuing the kawi 1100 pipe setup. could use 3 of them.

hull is a 86 and up with a piston port motor and a 85 and older exhaust pipe. reeds have a bit more power but both are reliable stock. both motors have manifold bolt to cylinder but manifold flange on p/p is vertical with 6 bolts total holding it.the manifold on reed is slanted where it meets...

ada studs are long and don't pinch the cylinder to the case like oem do.instead the ada setup pinches the cylinder between the head and cases and the head holes overhang the cylinder with not much support so ada lessened the torque setting to limit bending the head shell.

novi used to do it but i think he started with 44mm.don't quote me though.. fs not sure.

thrust throttle is nice,so is kvpi or tbm.

tbm is predictable and lean angle does not impact it as much as other plates.bullet ,craftsman and other similar plates hook just as well but boat needs to lean way over for that to happen.more aggressive riding is needed.

did you have insurance on the ski or just the truck? if only truck is insured then you'll get butkus. if boat has it's own insurance policy then you should get replacement value assuming you show valid proof of prices in you area.

get a msd boot kit with new connectors.cut back the wire a small bit if needed and crimp new connector. you can go into ebox,remove epoxy holding wires in coils,pull tug and swear,scrape all the junk out and replace them if above method is not sufficient.they just twist in the coil towers.
