make sure you have proper cooling. splash some water on the chamber after riding it and make sure its not sizzling. make sure you got water coming out the pissers. if you have a clogged cooling line somewhere, you can overheat. you might be going into limp mode after about 3 minutes. limp...

I dont follow. I thought in your previous post you were saying the prop was bigger than the wear ring. Does the old prop still allow it to spin?

time for a new wear ring. they swell after a while because of the difference in metals between the prop and the wear ring. The new prop has a tighter tolerance.

do you actually have a guage to measure the pressure? I think it should be about 2 psi at idle and 4 psi at WOT.

did you forget to put the washer back on that goes between the prop and the pump?

when i put the raider 760 box on mine, it sounded more pingy, if that makes sense. is that what you're looking for?

just about any aftermarket waterbox will make it louder, and wont help with the performance.
