Eric are those brand new plugs? I heard you don't want to tune on new plugs. Get some hours on those new plugs. Once you have some hours on then it will be a lot easier to read and tuning adjustments will be easier to notice

The one cylinder is defiantly a tad richer then the other. The one is close to that brown color, the other is alot more black. You want to read the porcelain's color right?

ya they are. but the ski had very little use when I bought it. motor doesn't shake around at all, but I will check them if I pull the motor.

well. maybe I will try with the motor in. I just thought it be easier to pull the motor out.. but I guess I'll pull the tank out and start with the enhancer.

I guess I could leave it in.. how hard is it to get to the reed cages?? If I leave it in, what should I start with first to make the process easy? I wanna get all this in and running asap... sucks not having the ski running.. should be worth it though!
