Few hours at daytona on saturday actually... Just finished with the new bilge wiring and Mil spec Toggle switch, as well as changing the water screws on the head pipe. I went 1/2 turn open on top, closed on middle, and bottom. I wanted to go 3/8 turn on bottom but it I couldnt get it...

When I did my cases I used medical grade prosthetics epoxy.... Yea. The stuff they use to fuse to bone. I figure if that lasts....

If you ask me, if your gonna build a motor for looks and something you can open up and be proud of at a show. Go Xscream. If you want something that is going to destroy anything else.... and mostly likley look close to "stock" Jetworks.

Done. Glassing the nose next week I guess. The pole will be another 8" forward then.

Ok.... Sooo spent some money, bought all new components for the E-box. + New JSS coil, + Yamaha Starter solonoid (finally getting rid of the kawi unit i was using), + Then I ripped out ALL the weird and bad wiring, + Solidered and sealed up new color correct wires with glue lined heat...

Maybe even my ski will be running this time.... Hopefully I'll finish glassing the nose by then too..

Agreed. Glassing to make something free form to look good is much different than glassing something to be precise.

LoL, yea but I can wire it up myself for $5. All it is, is a simple pot switch from radioshack. 2 hour turn around.
