2008 and above have a more restrictive water box if you have not moddified the water box the pressure drop across your stinger is not enough and you will deto your pistons. You need to cut the water box open and use a hole saw on it

The way you have described the cylinder makes it sound like you have an issue with a non flat deck. personally I would getting the cylinder skimmed
You don't have enough in the mid range there is alot more throttle response in your engine by ramping that up, I can make a better curve for you if you like. Its just ignitech software I have that on my pc already
I'm only going on what jet manic posted so don't shoot the messenger. I have no reason to believe jet manic would lie, you on the other hand , but your right it's not about the hx3. I was simply posting a history about programable 61x / 62t igntions with known faluires
