Well I got it running. Cleaned brushes and got them unstuck. I ended up putting that whole back piece with the brushes and everything in the ultrasonic cleaner, then soaking in wd40 for awhile. Not sure how long it will last but hopefully it will get me through the summer. Thanks to everyone...
