Those specs would be much too lean for a 62t cyl at 81mm without a restrictive flame arrester. What I'm getting at is, never ask what someone else is running, just tune the carb.
The market has gone "high end". It takes selling a lot of Sparks to equal the profit of one top of the line unit. There is no longer enough interest or financing to support an effort at the "low end".
I have used 750 electrics on 650 engines. I know 92-94 flywheels fit. Do some searching on flywheels, people were saying later 750 wheels aren't clearanced for early shafts. All my flywheels are old.
The 750 pump shoe wont fit 650 hulls very well. I tried to fit one. Also 750 pumps set aft more than 650s requiring some custom impeller spacing and/or shaft mods. Really a PIFA for no gain.
The 760 would still have a little higher exhaust than a 61x . The lower exhaust will offer a little better response at the expense of power if all else was equal.
That is a thin hardened wear ring. They slip onto the crank and get held firm by the soft aluminum coupler,. Sometimes they will stick to the coupler or just slide off. I clean them and reinstall with a drop of loc-tite.
Cylinders never wear or fail at the same rate. A compression check is useful only for comparison. The schrader valve deteriorates over time, your cheap gauges will work like new with a fresh 99 cent valve.
Aluminum has very low fatigue life so flat sides cannot be used unless the material is very heavy. Your round box will last a lot longer provided the flat ends are thick enough. I had a thin aluminum gas tank that did the same thing, surprisingly the temporary JB weld and fiberglass repair held...
