looks like you are missing the screen and the cover. The is a circular disk that sits in there that acts as a screen to keep foreign objects out of the carb and the there is a cover that bolts on top of that. You could just go buy an aftermarket flame arrestor and avoid tracking down those...

thats a good question. My head is shaved .002 inches if I remember right and my compression is around 155psi at sea level. I was looking into an ADA head as well, but am curious how much I can take off the stock head.

if you don't have the equipment to machine them, then you don't have much of a choice. If you had the dimensions and had a machine shop make them, you're still spending more than $10. I didn't think 10 bucks was unreasonable. I will measure them and get the dimensions out there when I get them...

I am going to be replacing my flywheel this week with a lightened one. I have read on this forum that guys say to replace the woodruff key, why? It seems that the old key would work just as well as a new one. Last time I had it apart, I just put the same key back in and have not had problems...
