Well..........I started taking on water real bad at the end of this season and it seems my hull bonding lines are coming loose from the rear corners forward. Seems to be a common issue on the 1986 models. Going to tear down this winter to fix that and probably shorten the pole.

Thanks. I really just didn't like all that chintzy plastic crap up front. Shaping and glassing the new nose shape was easy enough. All the final sanding an blocking was the tough part.........so many compound curves on the nose to make it blend in nice like I did it.

My vote is OEM (retro) look with your custom colors you already have but maybe break up the colors like on the old school wr500............

Yep, sanding on my wife's was funky too. I just dry sanded it to I think 180, then wet sanded with 220 and 320 before primer.

I haven't paid for TV in about 25 years! I have an antenna that picks up about 20 channels, and the Samsung TV's that work off the internet. I don't watch much TV anyway, it rots the brain!
